Mexico Cajpe Lak Organic Single Origin Coffee Beans

Cajpe Lak translates to "Coffee Flower" in Tsetsal, the native language of the Mayan natives of Tenejapa in Mexico.  This name is a nod to the deep relationship between coffee and culture in the region.  This is a lovely washed coffee from the Mexican highlands which boasts flavour notes of Lemonade, Red Berries, Plum and Vanilla.  This is an exceptional coffee grown at altitudes of 1000-1350masl and which really shines with any filter coffee method.
