This is a fully washed coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. Yirgacheffe coffees are renowned for their floral and fruity flavour notes and this one doesn’t disappoint. Think Apricot jam and caramelised brown sugar with a light citrus tartness just to bring it all together. Thus coffee is ideal for any filter method and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do ☕️
