This stunning, naturally processed coffee has arrived at the roastery from Ephtah Specialty Coffee, based in Ethiopia. As an organisation, Ephtah are dedicated to building sustainable and collaborative supply chains which benefit customers, farmers and their communities. Ephtah is particularly interested in promoting the role of women in the coffee industry and recognizes their pivotal role in driving social and economic change in Ethiopia.
The coffee comes from the Lalesa washing station which is located in the Gedeb region and is naturally grown at high altitudes under the shade of Ensete trees. This is a truly special coffee which works really well in any filter brewing method . In the cup, it boasts a lovely peach and mango acidity with a smooth milk chocolate finish, making it the perfect way to start your day.
