Bealach Na Bà Blend is our brand new flagship espresso blend. While a single origin bean can often make a fantastic espresso, we believe that blending can really elevate the espresso experience by taking the best bits from different coffees and producing a truly excellent cup.
This blend comprises of coffees from Brazil and Uganda. We have used a natural processed Brazilian coffee from the Cocatrel Cooperative (Castanhas Do Brazil), this provides a real chocolate/nutty base for the espresso. Added to this is a washed coffee from Uganda (Bukonzo) which we believe really enhances the flavour, and provides a good amount of texture and body whilst also providing a citrus and berry acidity complimenting those milk chocolate and praline notes perfectly and producing a truly exceptional espresso.
